Kirtland Theater busy with coming productions

ROSCOMMON – The cast is set for the winter production of Robert Anderson’s “You Know I Can’t Hear You When the Water’s Running.” Yet, before the curtain falls on one Kirtland Community Theater production, auditions are scheduled for the March production of “Death of a Salesman” by Arthur Miller.

Auditions for Neil Simon’s comedy, “Brighton Beach Memoirs”

GLADWIN – Gladwin Area Friends of the Theatre is holding auditions for its winter comedy production, “Brighton Beach Memoirs” by Neil Simon. “Brighton Beach Memoirs” won Tony Awards for best actor, best actress and best director along with Theatre World Award, New York drama critics Award and was nominated for many others.

“Cabaret” comes to the Shoreline Theater

OSCODA - Shoreline Players are proud to announce their fall musical, the Tony Award-winning play, “Cabaret.”
Set in 1931 Germany, “Cabaret” is the story of American writer, Cliff Bradshaw, played by Ray Skiver, who arrives in Berlin and becomes involved with a marvelous group of characters. Bradshaw’s landlady, Fraulein Schneider, played by Sue Schmitz, fellow boarders, Fraulein Kost, (Maggie Martella-Waldruff) and Herr Schultz, (Tom O’Malley) keep the action going at the boarding house.
