Default Pork Recipes??

My husband really likes pork and I do not. I was wondering if anyone had any good recipes besides the old pork chops in mushroom soup. I would like to make him something good!

I have a fantastic recipe for Seared Maple Pork Chops.

Seared Maple Syrup Pork Chops

4 (4 oz.) center cut pork chops
1 T. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. butter
Salt and ground pepper
4 tsp. brown sugar

In a large skillet warm the olive oil and butter over med-high heat. Salt and pepper both sides of chops. When the oil and butter is hot add the pork chops. Cook for 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle brown sugar on the top cooked side after you flipped it so the sugar will melt while the other side is cooking. Remove from skillet when done, serve with the sauce on top.
Hint: Use tongs to flip all meats and fish, whether grilling or pan frying. By using a fork, you will pierce the meat and lose all the juices.

Sauce:
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. pure maple syrup
1 T. Wondra or corn starch
3 T. cold water
2/3 c. packed brown sugar

Using a small sauce pan bring vinegar to a boil. Reduce heat to med-low, stir in maple syrup, cover and cook 10 minutes. combine Wondra with the water, whisk into the maple syrup mixture. Add the brown sugar and cook until it thickens, 5 minutes or less. Ladle over the pork chops and dig in. Mmm Mmm. Serves 4.
